Drop Off, Pick Up

We have shared an updated map of our arrival and dismissal procedures. Please take a moment to review it so we can work together to keep all students safe. Below are a few important expectations:

  • Use designated crosswalks in the valet area. Please do not cut across the parking lot or walk between cars to reach the sidewalk.

  • Parents and students must walk their bikes as soon as they arrive on campus.

  • Use the sidewalks on the bus lane side and avoid walking across the bus lane, as vehicles are constantly moving in this area.

  • An adult must walk their child across the crosswalk. Please do not send students alone through traffic or across busy areas.

  • Our valet closes at 9:00 AM (10:00 AM on Thursdays). This gives you a 5-minute grace period after school starts.

  • If you arrive after valet closes, you must park, walk your child inside, and check them in at the office. This step is essential otherwise, your child may be marked absent and you may receive an automated attendance call.

  • With winter weather approaching, please plan to leave home 5 minutes earlier so students can arrive on time and safely before valet closes.

  • We have partnered with Liberty Lake Police Department to provide additional patrol and support during arrival and dismissal.

Please remember to call the office at (509) 558-6300 by 2:00pm if you are changing the way your student goes home for the day. If you are making a permanent change, we will make a new backpack tag.
